Married Tom when the kids were tiny (camille was 4 1/2) He adopted them a year later - we have been married for 26 years. i met him at church in Georgia of all places when i transferred with a promotion company i worked for. Places we lived:atlanta, st louis, tulsa, boston, seattle, boise -now- to be near grandkids ;o)to Saratoga. i currently do international web marketing for a foreign doctor and tom is in wireless technology.

oh i LOVED the student lounge. But i can imagine why they don't have that anymore...;o)
h. hileman was my drivers ed teacher.
at the end of a drivers ed class one day he was yelling at me to stop when we got to the student lounge log fence. i was stopped but being a new driver i started pushing pedals because his yelling was a bit disconcerting...and knocked a pole off. Maybe he was on drugs. ;o)
humiliating for me - more for him as he had a brake. He got in trouble. *sigh*
then kicked me out of american novel for skipping the last 10 minutes of class one day about 2 weeks later. i read about 5 books a week (only 1 required) so i had an A+ average in that class..he would not lower the grade or let me do any make-up work as he said "You would enjoy it anyway" upon appealing to the principle who talked to him he still refused a lower grade and i lost the credit for this class.
i recall also when i first came to saratoga that i didn't know that Mrs Nixon had an arm that had not healed properly. she was showing basketball
follow-thru and i imitated her with
one arm bent...oops. she never did like me.....thought i was mocking her i suppose, something i would never have done..;o)
so many memories now that i am here in
saratoga. A few hair-raising memories on veterans island...
we partied too hard in high school - at least i did - one thing i would change if i could - but it's ok. i use some of my experiences to teach youth at church - so it's come in handy. they can't BS me. ;o)
